Will Meacham
Good Afternoon! This is the first officially sanctioned website about Will Meacham, the Religious Philosophy major turned hot dog vendor. I've been Will's official biographer since April 2003, and its been nothing but a pleasure working with him. This website is here to keep you informed about everything relating to Will Meacham and to honor him in the most.
Hey kids! Try this at home!
If you want to get an idea of what its like to hang out with Will Meacham, this is what you do. First, strap a rocket to your balls and light it. Then you want to pour gasoline all over yourself and light yourself on fire. Quickly, before all of the gasoline is burned, go outside (you must be near the south pole for this to work) and feel the gasoline freeze onto your body while the flames are still eating your flesh. Now, stick your head in a bucket of wasps and inhale as deeply as you can. If you don't get any wasps down the hatch, take another breath. Remember that rocket tied to your balls? I bet that still hurts. Now go chew on a handful of aluminum foil and jump into the preprepared bathtub of sewing needles. Finally, go eat som cheese danish.

This is not to imply that hanging out with Will Meacham is particularly painful, which it is not, but to illustrate how intense Will Mecham can be, and there is really nothing like it, except what you just did. If you eat enough cheese danish, it shouldn't hurt that much because its really good.

A sweet ass recipe for cheese danish
Pastry:
1 package active dry yeast, 1/2 cup warm milk ("blood warm", to be exact!)
1 3/4 cup bread flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoon sugar, 1 egg, 2 tablespoon butter, melted, 1 egg white, lightly beaten, 2 tablespoon ground or chopped almonds
Filling:
2 tablespoon butter, soft, 8 oz. cream cheese, 2 eggs, separated, 1/2 cup sugar, grated zest of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon golden raisins Proof yeast in warm milk. Sift flour and salt together into large bowl. Add sugar and stir in yeast mixture. Beat in egg and butter and work into a dough using a wooden spoon; dough should be smooth and elastic and not stick to sides of bowl. Cover bowl with a cloth and let rise in a warm place until double, about 1 1/2 hours. Turn dough out onto floured surface, punch down, knead until smooth and elastic. Roll out into rectangle about 1/2" thick. Cut into 3" squares. Arrange squares on greased baking sheets about 1" apart.
For filling:
Combine butter, cheese, egg yolks, sugar, zest and beat (or process in machine) until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Stir in raisins.
Put 1 tablespoon filling into the center of each dough square and fold corners in toward center, pressing lightly to hold the filling in. Let rise in warm place for about 45 min. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush buns with egg white and sprinkle with almonds. Bake for 30 min. or until well browned.
